MAY UPDATE
Grab a few friends and enjoy a month of collective rewards. This May, we’re inviting all of you to an array of activities centered around bringing us together. Also, cards. Lots of cards.
Our cooperative mode Tag Team Takedown debuts this May, offering milestone rewards for those that step into the squared circle. A new round of Twitch Drops kicks off, too. We’ve also made some changes to Reward Mania that we hope you have enjoyed … and Spring is officially here. In SuperCard, at least. We don’t know your life.
Tag Team Takedown
Tag Team Takedown makes its debut after an app update later this month. We’re all very excited for you to jump in and give it a spin. It’s doing something that no other mode in the game does right now: duos.
Yes, today we’d like to confirm that you’ll be able to duo queue with people on your friends list in Tag Team Takedown. If you find yourself playing in off hours, though, don’t worry; we’ll also be offering the matchmaking we described last month, too.
The rewards? The true reward will be the friendships we make along the way. But there will be milestone-based rewards, too. Just in case.
Chart Topper and Reward Mania
We asked for your thoughts on Reward Mania and Chart Topper and you delivered.
In late April, we debuted a SuperCard Labs version of Reward Mania with changes based on your feedback. We cranked up the coupon cap, tweaked the consolation reward, upped the drop rate of tickets, and added SE cards to each drawing. We’re not done yet, either. While it seemed clear that you liked the special “Labs” version of the mode, we want to investigate other long-term upgrades and additions.
Your feedback indicates that Chart Topper, on the other hand, needs an overhaul to make it feel more competitive and fun. You won’t be seeing Chart Topper back until we’ve finished our work.
In the meanwhile, we’ll stick with this Lab version of Reward Mania. Thanks for the feedback – and do please keep it coming in.
Spring Theme
April showers bring May … cards?
Spring theme is coming to the game starting today. Spring theme is a collection of cards sporting a medieval-ish look as opposed to our standard easter eggs and pastel aesthetic. The reason? We thought it made them more terri-frying to battle.
You can get these cards a variety of ways but keep your eyes out for the new fusion event. Collect special ingredients, toss them into the named fusion chambers, and get a chance at these cards and other egg-citing rewards.
Also, keep a watch out for a total of three egg-cellent quests for these cards as the month rolls on. Eggs.

The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes has returned to WWE and he’s making his way to SuperCard again this month courtesy of a Collectibles event. Starting on May 18, you can collect American Nightmare Collectibles and turn them in for a new Cody card.
You’ll also get chances at these Collectibles via our Twitch Drops promotion, which officially kicks off on May 20. Expect to also see a new Cody Rhodes Equipment and cardback, too, as part of Twitch Drops.
More details about Twitch Drops are coming soon. Please watch this space.
Until next time.
