STREET FIGHTER 6 x WWE SUPERCARD
A NEW CHALLENGER APPEARS
Ready?
Suddenly and without warning, a motley group of mighty fighters from around the globe have invaded WWE SuperCard. Break out the boxing gloves and warm up your Hadoukens, Street Fighter 6 is now in SuperCard.
In order to collect all of these fighters for yourself, you’ll need to face them individually in a series of tournaments to prove that you’re really the best. Additionally, you’ll be finding special equipment cards, unique crossover cards, and a fearsome new Limited Edition card during this crossover. Let’s begin.
Round 1: Tournament Mode
Time to prove your strength against the best in the world. In Tournament Mode, you’ll be facing off in 1-on-1 battles against individual Street Fighter 6 cards. Beat a fighter 5 times in total, and you’ll add them to your collection.
Upon opening up Tournament Mode, you’ll see a selection of three randomly selected fighters to face. Don’t go in blind, though– first you’ll want to ensure your decks are in shape. You’ll have three decks to sort out before entering your first tournament: Male, Female, and Combo. When battling opponents in Tournament Mode, you’ll be using either your Male or Female deck in combination with your Combo deck. Upon entering a bout, one of the cards from your deck will be selected as your fighter, and one of their stats will be chosen. You can’t win just by using the raw power of your cards, however– you’ll need to build combos to defeat your opponents. In each round, you’ll be given four alignment cards from your Combo deck. Play the right cards to execute combos that will multiply the stats of your Superstar card.
Fill your combo deck with the right alignment cards, execute powerful combos, take down your opponents.
Some challengers will be easier than others, so decide who you’d like to face very carefully. Each Street Fighter 6 character you challenge will bring two Superstar cards with them that you’ll have to beat before facing the legendary fighter themselves. You’ll first choose your Champion who will come in to fight the final round after defeating the first two cards. Win two out of three rounds (including the final round) and get yourself a point towards that Street Fighter 6 card. Do that five times and you’ll be given that card.
If you win, you’ll not only be one step closer to collecting a new Street Fighter 6 card, you’ll also gain access to another new mode filled with mayhem and expansive rewards.
BONUS STAGE: Car Battle
Have you ever wondered WHY Street Fighter characters like to beat the pulp out of various vehicles in their spare time? Is it training? Personal vendetta? Truthfully, we don’t care, because it’s awesome. Can you punch a car so hard it explodes? Didn’t think so.
Car Battle is a bonus mode that will allow you access to special Street Fighter 6 Equipment cards as well as rare crossover cards in which WWE Superstars take on the appearance of Street Fighter 6 characters. Each car you destroy represents a different set of increasingly valuable rewards. So, how do you destroy a car?
As you enter Car Battle, you’ll randomly select from the Street Fighter 6 characters that you’ve defeated in Tournament Mode. That means you’ll need to win at least one full Tournament before accessing Car Battle. The more times you’ve defeated that character, the higher the damage multiplier you’ll receive off the bat. For example, if you’ve defeated Cammy four times, E. Honda twice, and Blanka once, you’ll receive the highest damage boost if you land on Cammy, and the second highest if you land on E. Honda.
From there, you’ll be given a shot to increase your damage multiplier even further with a damage multiplier bar. The bonus damage ranges from 10x to 20x, unless you choose to unlock bonus perks and abilities that can raise your multiplier much further.
The better you perform in Tournaments, the more tools you’ll have and the more damage you’ll be able to do against an increasingly tougher series of vehicles. Smash up all 12 of them, and you’ll be rewarded with a mighty new Akuma Limited Edition card.
